Johnnie O Breadislie

From William Brown of Rothes

In this song, Johnnie of Breadisley gets up and goes hunting, killing a deer. He eats the venison and his dogs drink the blood, and they all fall asleep. A silly old man comes by and goes to tell the foresters. Johnnie kills several foresters and rides off vowing to hunt again.
